Well today started as a rough day. I woke up and felt a little under the weather but I still made it to the fort.
Today's workout:
POWER CLEANS

AMRAP Pull-ups
Round 1-
2:o6(row)....30(pull-ups with green band)
Round 2-
2:15(row)....30 (pull-ups with green band)
Round 3-
2:17(row)....26(pull-ups with green band)
Round 4-
2:20(row)....25(pull-ups with green band)
***I guess even though I felt under the weather it really wasn't that bad of a day....I am going test my strength at on the green band the next time..
Today's Menu:
Breakfast: Strawberries and Almonds
Lunch:Chicken Breast and 1/2 Avocado in olive oil and lemon juice
Dinner: Steak and Broccoli

Surprisingly I feel just fine and I really wasnt that hungry yesterday. I actually only ate half of my steak and took the other half for lunch today!
