Well we are now entering into week two of the Better Body Challenge and I am just now starting my Blog. Last week was a crazy with work and school but now I found sometime to set up my Blog.
Today was my rest day and I will be back at the fort tomorrow.
Breakfast: 3 scrambled eggs, 3 slices of tomatoes and 6 pieces of bacon
Lunch: Garden Salad with olive oil and red wine vinegar
Dinner: Chicken Breast and Broccoli

ReplyDeleteI'm ok with the high protein intake at breakfast because your lunch was protein-less. If you added protein at lunch, I'd recommend that you reduce protein with breakfast, and maybe have some nuts instead of the bacon. If you start feeling hungry, just make sure you're eating enough of the good fats. (Avocado, olive oil etc.)
